Planeta Hotel & Aquapark Free Beach Access - Sunny Beach

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to attractions like the Sunny Beach Amusement Park and Slingshot. Our kids had an absolute blast at the pools and slides, making it a fun family getaway. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-kept, which made our stay comfortable. Even though there were a few hiccups, like staff not being very attentive at times, the overall experience was enjoyable.

We were there for 4 days, everything was perfect, truly enjoyed its absolutely perfect location very close to the restaurant and the markets. Our room was huge and bright provided with the bathroom and a sofa bed and balcony.

Very nice staff, during our stay in the hotel, we had a jubilee celebration and thanks to the friendly staff, we were very surprised.

Families beware of potential chaos

The animation team was excellent, they really kept the kids entertained! The staff seemed polite and tried hard to were nice, despite everything going on.

This place wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Loved Sunny Beach, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and fantastic close to the shops. The unit we got was extremely spacious with a sofa, the bathroom, for example. Lobby bar was there. Everything was great and met requirements.

The great animation team, and the constant availability of food and drinks kept everyone satisfied. Unfortunately, issues like blocked room access shortly before checkout, unsupervised pool areas leading to safety concerns, and less-than-ideal cleanliness, especially in the pool water, were disappointing. The experience was marred by disorganized dining areas and rowdy guests, detracting from what was expected at a supposedly higher-end hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay due to the spacious and clean room with a lovely sea view. The friendly staff were always helpful, and I appreciated the variety of food options available, especially at breakfast with many tasty choices.

Family-Friendly Fun Despite Some Flaws

We enjoyed our stay with spacious rooms and a great pool area. The animation team kept our kids engaged, but we faced issues with food quality and service delays at restaurants. Tip, Arrive early for dinner to avoid long waits. A mixed experience but fun for the kids!

The fitness centre was solid, but the wifi was spotty during peak times.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach, and the pool area is spacious with tons of sunbeds, perfect for lounging. The kids loved the water slides, and the animation team kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.

The hot water supply is dismal!!! Limited operating hours for slides makes them nearly useless!!! Safety concerns with children allowed on slides without proper age limits!!! No towels available at the pool unless you deposit cash!!!
